SD TOOLKIT
The Schematic Design ToolKit is a collection of Revit families built from the ground up to make Revit a more fluid design tool. The families were built with the following criteria in mind:
- Speed
- Flexibility
- Consistent Graphic Aesthetic
- Consistent Materials
- Reliability
- Useful throughout SD,DD,& CD phases
They take advantage of Revit's Instance parameters to put the major design parameters of each family at your fingertips.

What does it include?
This is a 1-SEATÂ license for the following families:
- Standard Door (STKD_Single Door)
- Standard Double Door (STKD_Double Door)
- French Door (STKD_Single French Door)
- Double French Door (STKD_Double French)
- Interior Pocket Door (STKD_Single Int Pocket)
- Some bonus hatches, lineweights, and floor families that I use frequently
- My preferred plan and elevation view templates to achieve the same look as my typical plans
- A PDF guide that lists the most important parameters that control the families as well as a couple example projects showing the families incorporated into an actual design
